new video mag project goes online.

I’ve been working on a new project for a while and have just launched the premiere issue. It’s called Momentum Video Magazine.

Check it out here.

Trailers were messed up, oops.

MC on February 8, 2007 at 4:10 pm

For some reason, the trailers on this site were all pointing to the Best of the West trailer. As much as I like that trailer, it doesn’t really help you get a sense of what the other movies are about. Should be all fixed now.

Went and shot footage of Kevin Jorgeson doing the Swarm last weekend. Beautiful problem in the Buttermilks. I will be putting that up on my new site Momentum Video Magazine in short order. The site should launch really soon, just working out a few more details.

Great turnout at the Tower

Last nights screening was a great success, with 170 people coming out, an inspiring film and a speed-raffle at the end (we had to get out to allow for a late show right after ours).

MANY MANY THANKS TO THE SPONSORS.
The local SLC and Provo climbing businesses stepped up and donated a ton of gear for the raffle, including passes to all the gyms to get you strong for upcoming spring trips.

Matt Lund Tribute DVD

Matt Lund

MC on December 5, 2006 at 5:33 am

A good friend of mine and all of the Utah climbing community was paralyzed diving into a shallow pond. Matt Lund was a major player in the SLC scene back when I was first making climbing videos. As a way to raise money for his recovery, I compiled “Yank on HIts” and “The High Life” onto a single DVD. The DVD’s will be available here, and in as many climbing shops as I can get them to. All proceeds will go directly to The Matt Lund Fund. Check back here this week.
